Genuine Reasons for Firearm Ownership
You must demonstrate a genuine reason for owning a firearm. The following are accepted genuine reasons:

Licensing Requirements

Storage & Transport Requirements
Storage Requirements
- • Approved gun safe or security cabinet
- • Ammunition stored separately from firearms
- • Keys/combinations kept secure
- • Regular police inspections may occur
- • Storage must prevent unauthorized access
Transport Requirements
- • Firearms must be unloaded during transport
- • Use approved carrying case or bag
- • Ammunition transported separately
- • Direct route to/from authorized premises
- • Carry license and permits at all times
